Served all-you-can-eat from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., the breakfast invites you to a vitamin-packed awakening in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards. The aroma of fresh coffee marks the start of the day, paired with local products.

The range from the local bakery delights food lovers with manalas, Alsatian brioches, kouglofs, and croissants voted 'Golden Croissants'. The buffet also offers choice savory products: farm eggs, sausages, bacon... To prolong the pleasure, drinks and treats are savored with delicately chosen tableware.

The breakfast room is located in the new extension of the James Vignoble of our hotel in Eguisheim. It offers, like the terrace, a privileged panorama of the Alsatian vineyard and the three castles of Haut-Eguisheim. During this breakfast, you can even catch a glimpse of the stork's nest perched at the top of the bell tower.
